Squeak When Walking

A high pitch squeak emanates periodically from my lower back when I walk. It started after I fell hard sideways on my hip when a chair mat went out from under my feet. Nothing hurts and I have full flexibility. It is loud enough for other people to hear it. No, it is not from my shoes or clothing, but does sound like a squeaky shoe. I am heavy set but do a lot of cycling and some yoga. What would cause this?

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
