arched lower back while lying flat
If i lie on my back in what yogis call 'corpse pose', my lower back arches significantly. it's as though my pelvis is tilting forward.
i imagine this is due to some tightness on the front of my hips... but i've a poor imagination.
i wake up sore every morning as a result - the only way to lie with my lower back in a comfortable, 'flat' postition is to pull my feet up / put my knees up in the air... impractical for an unconscious man
