If i lie on my back in what yogis call 'corpse pose', my lower back arches significantly. it's as though my pelvis is tilting forward.i imagine this is due to some tightness on the front of my hips... but i've a poor imagination.
i wake up sore every morning as a result - the only way to lie with my lower back in a comfortable, 'flat' postition is to pull my feet up / put my knees up in the air... impractical for an unconscious man
(33, 6'0", 160lbs, reasonably fit)
