Hey guys just wondering if anyone has any idea of my question I'm about to ask.about 5 years ago I hurt my back playing football from hyperextension.I went to the physio and he referred me to a chiropractor after having x rays of my spine they told me that the lowest nhode in my back was not fused to my spine so it can pich my disk when I do some things.the pain went away a while after the football injury the pain went away completly. But I have now just started ice skating and playing ice hockey, the pain has come back a tiny bit feeling a bit cold down my leg and into my toes a little. Just wondering if I will be fine to keep skating and maybe that will strenghten my back muscles. Hope to hear from someone soon any replys will be much appreciated regards:Blake
