Unbelievable! I have the same problems that no one can figure out for the last 3 years. I have been told that they are just fatty deposits and that I shouldn't worry. I AM worried though, because they are extremely painful! I had one doctor shoot steroids into one (about the worst pain I have ever felt) - and it felt better for about a week, then the pain came back. I'm very curious as to why so many people have these and yet there doesn't seem to be any doctors aware of this. What type of doctor should I see that would actually perform surgery to remove these or even do more than an exam by asking me questions and then telling me there is nothing to worry about. How would they know this without further investigation? I really can't live with this anymore! Any thoughts are most appreciated.
