Back Feels Strange After Chiropractor

Had been going for a hip problem. I became comfortable with lumbar roll type adjustments but the new chiropractor did the type of adjustment where you lie on your stomach and the chiro presses down on the back/spine. One of these felt like it might have started to go too far. No pain, it just feels different - like someone is touching my back at that spot - somewhat off and on but still annoying. Its been five days - can anyone provide any insight. I'm afraid to do any activity as I don't want to end up with something much worse - thanks
