lower back won't arch/pain

I'm 25 and have almost flat feet which doesn't help my posture. I have been taking riding lessons since I was 9 and don't think that is the cause of my minor back pain since I never bounce and all my weight is absorbed into my heels and knees (I have weak knees from riding I think, the other day I jumped off a 4ft stall door onto concrete floor & they gave out).Standing for long periods of time hurts my back and now it even hurts if I just arch it. What does this mean?
