Hereditary Body Types
Is there a name for the body type, usually male, as follows:
- long legs, slim hips
- trunk is 'squashed' vertically so the ribs protrude rather barrel-shaped
- distended belly probably stomach pushed forward due to foreshortened trunk
- arms look long but that's probably only because the trunk is shortened
- spine would be quite curved when looking at the side - rounded shoulders, swayed back.
