lower neck/upper back

I have recently (last 1 or 2 years) begun to pop my neck and shoulder blade area by pulling my chin to my chest with my hands behind my head. Last night I popped something very deep in my upper shoulder blade area around my spine. I feel like it was a good thing, but it is inflamed and hurts today, I have limited mobility and I was quite scared at the time I pooped it, thinking I paralyzed myself. Any ideas?

The built-in arch stabilizer provides support for greater stability. In addition Tuli's Stay Fresh Fabric is made with bacteria and fungus inhibitors which reduce unwanted odors.
