my shoulders are forward. in the sense that if i roll them back/straighten them they look normal, but if i relax them they go forward/not stay straightened out. I was wondering if this is a problem. it makes it harder for me to light weights(bench press/chest work outs in general). Is this a muscular issue or a skeletal issue? Do i just need to work my shoulders and back muscles more to straighten them out?
