Re: Sudden BURNING pain on outer thigh while sleeping!

The same thing happened to me 2 night ago but it was on the back of my shoulder. It literally felt like someone was holding a lighter or flame on my back for a while before I woke up out of a deep sleep. Weird thing is my husbands hand was resting on that spot and his ring was right around the spot, so in my sleep it felt like his ring was burning me. I woke up screaming saying 'Your ring burned me!'. He of course thought I was crazy and swore he didn't accidentally pinch me in his sleep. We looked for a bug or spider and nothing there. I'm not allergic to any metals so not sure what happened. There was a dark spot on my shoulder after that, and it looked like a burn. Also I had pain in my shoulder and that spot was tender for awhile.
