Cervical Disc Herniation

About six months ago I was diagnosed with 2 cervical disk herniations within both the c4/c5 and c6/c7 after an MRI was performed. Instead of surgery I have been going to a chiropractor who has the DRX 9000 Cervical Spinal Decompression machine. The machine has been great but it is very expensive.

I can sleep now and the pain does not radiate down my right arm; however, I can not jog nor can I walk for extended periods of time. I am only 36 years old and I am wondering how long I need to keep using the decompression machine?

Are their any medications/supplements that can speed up the healing process? Do I need to increase the number of times I use the decompression machine?

I believe I hurt myself by lifting weights incorrectly. I would like for these herniations to heal so at least I can start being active again.
