Hi I am 23 year old male with no medical issues or history of medical issues however recently while I was weight training I seemed to have injured my lower back. There was somewhat of a pop/crack I heard internally in my lower back during a bent over row lift with two dumbbells in each arm/hand. The pain isn't severe, it is more of a discomfort however whenever I round my back/bend over at a certain angle I do get a bit of pain. I can however sit upright, walk upright, stand upright absolutely fine without pain, I can even arch my back all the way with no problems.
Again the pain only surfaces when bending over or rounding my back otherwise it is completely fine. Should I be concerned? I ask because I do not have health insurance...
