Dear Richard,

If you fell hard enough to cause a concussion you likely have also injured your neck.
You probably have injury to the muscles, tendons and ligaments that support the spinal bones. The spinal bones cover or protect the spinal cord and nerves.
If the spinal bones are out of there normal position, then there will be problems that can impact the spinal nerves.
