Re: Back Pain

Dear Katie,

I am a Chiropractor. I don`t think any amount of wight is appropriate to carry on your back. I also realize that it is a necessity to carry a back pack at school. My advice is to use a bag that can be puled with wills.
If you must carry, then be sure to visit a chiropractor regularly.
Please fell free to visit as on line at www.curvesolutionsusa.com to have a better understanding of your health problems.
Kind regards
