About 2 months ago I was wrestling with a friend (drunken antics) and fell and knocked my back against the corner of my living room wooden door. It was bruises the next day, then became more sore over the next couple of weeks.The bruising and grazing went and I thought it was just a minor injury like any other bruise but now on this day I still have a lump directly beside my spine as if it's attached! I'm a little concerned; is this something to worry about?
