L5-S1 disc dessication

I have disc dessication on L5-S1 level..Posterior peridiscal osteophytes is seen at L5-S1 level..There is diffuse disc bulge with a broad based central and bilateral central protrusion at L5-S1 level causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and compressive impingement of S1 traversing nerve roots bilaterally..There is mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level.
I want to know whether my problem will be solve through medication & physiotherapy or I would have to go through surgery..My age is 23..
