Trap muscle development due to Collar Bone break

Hello Doctor. I have a quick question. When i was still a baby my collar bone was broken and it healed, but as i get bigger from lifting weights i have started to notice that the side the break was on lags behind the one that was not broken. Do you know a way i can fix this or do you think something more is wrong? What i mean by lag is it is not developing at the same rate or even close as the other one. Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
