Lifting Weights with Spondylolythesis

Hi Dr.

I have grade 1 spondylolythesis in L5. I have occasional moderate pain and once in a while severe pain. I am a powerlifter (squat, deadlift, etc)and was wondering what specifically I can do to ensure I continue to enjoy powerlifting without making this worse. Any suggestions?

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
