What's going on with my back??

Thank you for taking the time for reading my post. I had an MRI back in March and this is what it said....

Thoracic-mild degeneration within the lower thoracic levels with anterior spurring and disc desiccation and subtle sterile endplate change noted. Minimal bulging disc at the mid and lower thoracic levels without compressive disc herniation or high grade stenosis throughout the thoracic spine.

Lumbar-shallow bulging disc at L5-S1 with subtle left foraminal annular is demonstrated.

In conjunction with all of that, I have that warm liquid feeling that runs down the side of both ankles. I'm no doctor but it sounds like something is pressing on a nerve.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated...
