Repeated Hip Rotation

My right hip repeatedly rotates backwards causing my lower back muscles to get so tight that they pull other parts of my back out of place as well. I'm having a chiro put that right hip back into place every so often, but I'd like some recommendations on muscles I could strengthen or other lifestyle changes (sleeping habits, walking habits, etc) that could make this hip rotation stop happening. I'm 29 years old. I work at the computer all day and am a little overweight, but I work on the farm and walk the dog as often as I can. What can I do to try to help myself? Thanks!

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
