rebreak realign healed broken humerus

I broke my humerus bone 4-5 years ago. It was a clean break and the displacement was pretty wide. I had the option of a cast or a surgical procedure with screw and rod. But I chose the casting option. The bone healed after 4-5 month. But it was misaligned as i found out after I gained back mobility. I am a proactive weight lifter, and the misaligned angle has been bothering me for the past 4-5 years. My question is: is it possible to rebreak the bone and set it again using surgical procedure to realign the bone?
Thanks
