neck pain

I was seeing a chiropractor for a neck injury about four years ago. After one month of no improvement, the chiro starting putting me on my stomach and lifting my head back. This hurt like crazy and after each adjustment, I would go to the ER and get pain relief. I told the chiro about the ER and he even got more aggressive. After two more weeks, I had a stroke leaving his office. I have not been able to get accurate pain relief from anything, now my arms are involved with severe pain, tingling numbness.

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
