Broken ribs & Laceration

I have 2 broken ribs and a laceration on my lower back from a fall. How long does it take for broken ribs to heal. 1)I would like to know if you need to have follow-up xrays? 2) Before my injury, I worked out and swam a lot at the YMCA. When is it ok to swim? Is it OK to go into steam room or sauna? Is it ok to get into the whirlpool? 3)Is there anything, as fasr as gardening or bending that I shouldn't do? 4) How long should I be on Oxecodone & hoe much should I be taking after 3 weeks? Thank you very much! Beth

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
