Hope you can help!!!

At the 8th of march i woke up with a swelling in my left knee associated with pain, restriction of movement.
I did an x-ray result was normal.
I did an MRI result was fluid accumulation.
I did blood tests and there was an increase in ESR and CRP all the rest were normal.
The physician told me i need an operation and i took Voltaren for one week it didn't help.
Now my leg is still swolen, but no pain unless overexerted.
Could you advise me plz!!! Thank you.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
