Hope you can help!!!
At the 8th of march i woke up with a swelling in my left knee associated with pain, restriction of movement.
I did an x-ray result was normal.
I did an MRI result was fluid accumulation.
I did blood tests and there was an increase in ESR and CRP all the rest were normal.
The physician told me i need an operation and i took Voltaren for one week it didn't help.
Now my leg is still swolen, but no pain unless overexerted.
Could you advise me plz!!! Thank you.

||Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
