HI,I have burning and throbbing deep pain on a particular spot in the middle of my upper arms on the outer side (worse on the right side). It feels inflamed and versy sore when I press it and has been like that for a long time. But more recently, it has got worse with alsmost constant throbbing and nausiating pain and seems connected to the top and middle part of my shoulder blades (where the pain is similar). If I lie on it it goes numb as well as more sore. i also seems to have tennis elbow and carpal tunnel (carpal tunnel was diagnosed). carrying things are not too bad, but lifting, like a kettle or even pressing a button is painful
