lower back

I hurt my back some time ago, the pain has gone away except for when I am in certain positions,..there is a little muscle discomfort, but it feels more like a vertabrae problem. I have been to a chiropractor and had the massage that followed. my question is what do you think is wrong with my lower back if : when I sit on the floor with my legs straight out there is a sharp pain above my waistline above my buttocks. I cant bend over and touch my toes with out pain, and if I am sitting in a chair normally and try to look down (moving my whole head) it hurts? Other wise there is very little pain any other time.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
