clavical

Hi there,
I have had an operation back in july last year for impingement on my left shoulder and have been having phyiso on a weekly basis since sept, but my surgeon told me last month that my clavical is now 5mm higher than is should be which causes me alot of pain still, my movement is getting to be more difficult espically pain wise, could you please tell me what would be the next step for me please.
