whiplash, broken posterior tip off t-1

Hi doc,
I've heard it's common for the the posterior tip of the t-1 to break off in a whiplash injury. I know that I didn't heal my t-1 fracture, because shortly after my whiplash I carried heavy luggage on my shoulders and one of those discs eventually pulled to the right...frozen shoulder, etc. My collar bone now protrudes; it looks like two bulbs protruding at the very top of my chest. I've been working on rehab for this for a while now...any insights about this? thanks!
